Bracknell Meeting House

A place of worship in Berkshire. Project was to extend the existing car park area, realign kerbs, replace existing car park columns and lighting, new entrance gates, drain repairs and resurface car park. Work was carried out over a 12 week period under direction of KSP Consulting LLP and for the Client – Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints

 

Eden School

Redevelopment and refurbishment of existing school including construction of new sports hall involved LPS in carrying out Groundworks, Substructure and all external works as part of a package for Kier Construction

Luton Airport

The Airport, becoming an increasingly important hub for the South East, aims to dramatically increase its passenger capacity by 2022. The Airport Authority have undertaken extensive redevelopment works, with Lynch Projects carrying out light demolition to Terminals, and beams, slabs, concreting on airside.

Oxford Brookes University

Lynch Projects are currently completing the Groundworks package on this prestigious project on behalf of Oxford Brookes University. The value of works are in excess of £2m and comprise of Supply and Installation of all Groundworks, Structural alterations and Hard Landscaping, to include all Temporary Works Design and Installation

 

Kings College Hospital

This is a new build project but built around an existing Theatre Block within the hospital. Access to each elevation is separate, via the crane including for all plant and materials. Apart from pile caps we had to remove a solid concrete tunnel (500mm thick walls and 700mm slab) in sections in order to release the ground for the new foundations Builders work also included for the new Helipad built on the roof of the existing 12 storey structure;
